A 50% deposit secures a commissioned or made-to-order piece, with the balance due before dispatch. Standard collection pieces ship once payment is confirmed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for standard collection pieces in original condition. Bespoke and monumental commissions are final sale once fabrication has begun.
